Small stories, big impact. That’s the essence of Perspective, an Erasmus+ project that uses a short film to show what neurodiverse experiences really look like in schools, workplaces, and everyday life.

In the film, autistic individuals share personal insights. Some talk about “masking” — hiding traits to fit in (hint: it’s exhausting). Others describe “context blindness,” where social situations feel like a jigsaw puzzle without the picture on the box.

These are more than stories—they’re lessons. Structure, predictability, and clear communication aren’t extra favors; they’re practical tools that help everyone thrive.

Perspective is a clear best practice in social impact. By listening to real experiences, co-creating solutions, and adjusting routines, educators and employers can bridge the gap between neurodiverse individuals and the environments they engage with daily. The film turns awareness into action, showing small changes that make a big difference.

Social innovation in action: real experiences, practical adjustments, meaningful impact for individuals and organizations alike.

P.S. Take 10 minutes to watch the film with English subtitles and see these lessons in action: Watch Perspective Film
