Project Updates November 2024
3rd Transnational project meeting in Sofia
On the 9th and 10th of October 2024, the last in-person project meeting took place in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by Know and Can.
The focus of the meeting was on the finalisation of the online MOOC program "Creative neighborhood for social inclusion and active citizenship", with an integrated toolbox of best practices. Besides, the project consortium established the guidelines to develop the fifth result of the project, “promotion movie with lessons learnt”, and had the chance to discuss the multiplier events that will be organised in each country from December 2024 to March 2025.
Partners also had the opportunity to deepen in their tasks about administration, quality assurance and dissemination of the project for this last stage of Communities 3.0.
Study Visit
Communities 3.0 partners have participated in a study visit to “Bacho Kiro”, a Community Centre established in 1945, that promotes reading, music, dance and other cultural activities in the city centre of the Bulgarian capital. These centres perform cultural and educational activities aimed at safeguarding the customs and traditions of Bulgarian people, ensuring access to information, distributing knowledge and familiarizing citizens with the values and achievements of science, arts and culture.
Other Updates
During the last months, the partnership has been working on the testing of the e- learning platform development in the different languages translations. The MOOC course will be launched soon, as an open educational resource in English, Bulgarian, Greek, Italian and Swedish.
