SEP2: Sustainable Integration of Intercultural Communication
About the project SEP2 supported vocational education and training providers in effectively integrating intercultural communication in VET schools across Sweden and Latvia. The project helped teachers develop new skills in targeted counselling towards migrants and national minorities.
With a focus on diversity and inclusion, SEP2 ensured that VET trainers are empowered to incorporate intercultural communication into VET programs. The project aimed to develop a series of motivational masterclasses assisting trainers in intercultural communication.
